Telstra, you really annoy me!

For some time I have lived at the same residential location, in fact, I have been here for over two and a half years now.
And for the last three years, every month, without fail, I receive a bill from Telstra addressed to the previous owner and every month, without fail, I have posted the letter back marked 'Return to Sender'.

Nov 2010. RTS number 28.

Each time I write on it "Return to Sender. NOT at this address" and the number of times I have now sent it back, yet I still get ignored! This month will mark the 29th time and no, I am not joking. Seriously Telstra, I know you are a big corporation but surely you have someone whose job it is to specifically look after change of addresses?!

Years ago, we all use to joke about taking our business elsewhere when we were unhappy with Telecom, knowing full well there was just no other option...then came Optus, Vodafone, 3, Orange, Hutchinson etc etc But what amazes me is that Customer Service is the one part of the marketing budget that always seems to get over looked by these Telco giants. Not one of them has it right, not one!

If only one of the Telco's took Customer Service seriously, then WE WOULD ALL FLOCK TO YOU!

I have no idea how much this bill is for because I've never opened it (that's illegal) but at some point, don't your credit people need to start investigating why it hasn't been paid?? Are you Telstra not wondering why this bill has remained unpaid? If I had her address, believe me, I would forward it on but I have no idea where or who this person is so I'm sorry I can't help you either.

None the less, I am so frustrated with it that I have decided to publically track how many times it now takes before these letters stop coming. So, here we go...Good luck RTS number 29. I hope you, unlike me, won't be ignored!

Dec 2010. RTS number 29.
